SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Hull, United Kingdom.

Please check the delivery times quoted and always allow the maximum time quoted before contacting us. We will notify you when your goods are shipped and provide a tracking number where possible. If you are unsure regarding shipping times, please contact us through our contact form before placing your order to avoid disappointment. In order to streamline our processes and minimise our carbon footprint, we aim to only ship out on one day each week. This prevents numerous journeys on days when there would be only a relatively small amount of orders to be despatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your goods, if there is any damage. Please send us a picture of the damage. 

Please do not accept any parcel that is visibly damaged, please refuse the parcel and inform us the reason for the refusal so that we can use the appropriate measures to ensure that our couriers and procedures are working to optimum capability.

If goods are damaged, we reserve the right to offer a refund or credit note limited to the price of the goods.

If you wish to exchange a Wudimal, you must request an exchange number before returning it at your own expense and pay for any extra postage for the replacement. This is to guarantee that the exchange that you request is available.
